We are changing, growing and becoming more aware of our place on the planet and our responsibility to those who come after us. But are we changing fast enough? When we comprehend that we live in a perfect world and everything is unfolding in Universal time, then we are learning fast enough. 

Here is an exercise to help you create the perfect world. Practice focusing your mind on the beauty around you and add feelings to your visualization. As an example you could focus on spring blossoms with a delicious breeze blowing their fragrant scent with warm sunshine on your skin. Create this scene as realistic as possible. As the energy increases, feel the joy rise through your body and spill over your head bathing your body. Choose whatever inspires you for your visualization and practice everyday. Remember that we are co-creators and our mind is the instrument of creation (left brain creates the visual and right brain creates the feelings).

Look often at the beauty around you and allow yourself to be inspired. This creates positive emotions and the enthusiasm generated will move you toward your goal, a perfect world.

Be sure to check out the Eta Aquarids meteor shower early this month. We have an excellent opportunity to see the shooting stars. Watch for them 3 to 5 days either side of this New Moon.  Depending on how rural your location is sightings are estimated to range from 20-50 per hour. 

You may be able to spot Mercury at sunset in the evening early in the month.  As it stations to retrograde it will fade from sight moving too close too Ol’ Sol.

• The Moon occults Mars on the 10^th.  So keep track of your emotions.

• On the 12^th Saturn will be shining down upon the Moon Princess, Diana.  You can view Saturn just above the Moon.

• If you have binoculars, on the evening of the 22^nd the Beehive Cluster behind Mars will be visible, weather permitting of course.

• The Moon occults Neptune on the 27^th.  Where are your emotions leading you?  Is this where you want to go?

Pluto and Charon will spend the month at 0° Capricorn, one of those all-important world points.  Squaring the Aries point, this energy allows us to embody our highest potential.  Take this month to breath your highest self into your being.  Release all the dross you want and allow this dynamic duo to remove it from your life.  This is the time to give it up. 

Mars enters Leo on the 10^th.  These two fire energies work well together and inspire us to get up and take action.  I’ll be curious to see how many new red heads arrive on the scene (born or otherwise).  It’s time to let your pride show.  Take on a challenge, accomplish something and grow.

Sun enters Gemini on the 20^th.  Thinking takes on new dimensions.  The urge to get out and see what is going around may just overcome your reticence.  This is a great time to get caught up on correspondence or telephone calls or what ever works.  Opportunity knocks.

Venus joins the Sun and Mercury in Gemini on the 25^th.  This should be a lively time, perfect for graduations and all the festivities that come at this time of year. Just be sure to remember when you are on the road to take care to watch out for the other guy.  As we work collectively on the Greenscape, more bicyclists and hikers are appearing.  All that Gemini energy is getting arms, legs, and lungs to work in unison.  Enjoy!                                                                                                                               
 

Saturn stations Direct on the 3^rd 1° 41" of Virgo.  Do we worry and question because it is necessary or is it just a habit?  Every time we indulge in any kind of "less than" behavior we collapse the pray fields we have been constructing.  We get to choose how we live by the thoughts we choose to put energy into.  Now is the perfect time to identify those that no longer serve you.  Thank them for their help and lighten your soul by dropping them.

Jupiter begins apparent retrograde motion at 22° 22" of Capricorn on the 10^th.  This extends the on-going sextile energy with Uranus.  This should get particularly lively at the end of the month when Mercury joins in.  Expect some very creative thought, maybe not all that practical, but some of it may even be genius.  Many are afraid to start things with Jupiter retrograde.  The advantage of this energy is that it can keep us realistic about what can be accomplished in a given time period.

Chiron will station retrograde on the 25^th of May at 21° 19" of Aquarius and Eris is currently residing at 21 degrees 19 minutes of Aries. It is helpful to look at Xena mythology to understand this situation. If Eris, the goddess of discord, upsets your situation, remember that she is trying to impart wisdom. So step back and take time to respond from your highest self and grow.

From this Scorpio Full Moon until Chiron stations direct just before Halloween is the time to find and bury the dead. Release all that energy that keeps you from engaging fully in your life. Drop the habits that drag you down and allow yourself to become the creator of your life. Chiron is the wounded healer. Our wounds give us awareness, compassion, and understanding and we need to allow them all the room and weight necessary. When we discipline ourselves in this regard, we are able to access the healer in this energy. And the first thing many notice is the return of their sense of humor as we laugh at our tragedies.

Mercury, on the 26^th at 21° 31" Gemini, will station to begin his apparent retrograde cycle lasting until the 20^th of June stationing direct at 13° Gemini.  This means during this entire journey it will be completely at home.  Expect a few trips down memory lane and occasionally to run into some of those thought processes that could use some tweaking to bring them up to present time.  Check and double-check them so you can move forward with grace and ease.  Use this time to make sure you are communicating effectively with those who share your world.  This is a time to gather information, check details and make plans, but it is not a time to sign contracts or make major purchases (especially electronics).

Neptune also appears to station on the 26^th, beginning an apparent retrograde cycle at 24° 16" Aquarius.  This retrograde period will last until the 2^nd of November when it stations direct at 21° of Aquarius.  This is an active time to focus the will.  It seems with everything piling up here at 21° we may be coming into some kind of majority.  Break free of the illusions that limit your possibilities.  Look past the obvious to other possibilities that are available.  Before you make your final decision to purchase you might want to look at the fine details of the contract.

I can think of no better use of this present energy configuration than to allow for the possibility of a life of unlimited potential unfolding before you.  Ask for guidance often and trust you are receiving help from the other side.  Use Saturn’s earth trine to Pluto to build a deep and steady foundation.  Use Mars in Leo to master your craftsmanship.  Let yourself shine while Saturn is highlighting Regulus the King Star.  The Gemini energy available this month encourages us to try and try again until we succeed.  The north node is conjunct Neptune and Chiron makes this aspect bigger than all of us. Perfect practice makes perfect play.  Engage your will and fine-tune.

The Full Moon is May 19^th  9:11 PM CDT, 29° 27" minutes of Scorpio

This is the second time in as many months Diana (Moon goddess) has expressed her energy to us through the sign of Scorpio and we have one more chance to dig a little deeper and explore the many more resources we have available within.  The 29^th degree of any sign is a culmination of that sign's energy, in this instance Sol, and Diana will move from this energy into the energy that squares the eclipse at 1° Aquarius back in February of this year.  We have work to do and now is the time to see where to take action and how best to apply our energy.
