We have just been through an extreme makeover as the inner planets moved through Scorpio and Jupiter finishes up his stay there. We learned to “Let go and Let God”, with greater ease.  The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, are all forming a major stellium moving through optimistic Sagittarius.  Before each of these planets leave the light hearted energy of Sagittarius they will be joining Pluto in an intense discussion regarding our ability to make positive change in our lives.  Pluto’s transformational energy allows us to make and keep deep changes.  If your desire is to lighten up, now is the time.
 

• Jupiter and Saturn are now visible in the morning sky.

• Mercury is visible before sunrise until the 21^st.

• Predawn on the 9^th look for the conjunction of Mercury Mars and Jupiter.

• Mars is beginning his morning appearance.  Jupiter is brightest, followed by Mercury and then Mars.  Venus wills begin appearing in the evening sky at twilight on the 9^th later in the evening look for Saturn near the Moon.

• Moon occults Saturn 4:45 am CST on the 10^th.

• Moon wobble on the 12^th.

• Gemini Meteor shower is visible on the 13^th and 14^th before midnight.

• Moon occults Uranus on the afternoon of the 25^th.

Mars enters the sign of Sagittarius late on the 5^th of December remaining there until January 16, 2007 .  This energy inspires us to experience our lives with a sense of freedom, optimism and adventure.  Now is a good time to explore new avenues of energy expression.  If you have always wanted to try yoga, dance lessons, sky diving, this energy will help us to tap into a spirit of adventure with enough extra energy to expand ourselves.

Mercury moves into Sagittarius December 8^th at 10:52 PM be careful about shooting off your mouth, opening our minds is a better use of this expansive energy.  Investigate new ideas and see where they lead you.  Mercury in Sagittarius may not be the best for in depth study but it is good for explorative investigations.

Venus enters Capricorn on December 11^th.  Now is a good time to improve your skills, and refine your life in areas that provide you comfort.  If people seem a little more selfish at this time it is simply a reorganization of their priorities.

Sun enters Capricorn on December 21^st this executive energy will help us to get our life under control.  The thing to remember at this time is it focus on our own life, that is what we want to get a handle on.  It is best to leave everyone else the opportunity to get their own life in the order as they choose.  This energy can be a bit bossy; if you encounter this in yourself it is best to ask if you really have the energy to keep everyone else on track?  Most of us have our hands full ordering our own lives; this is a good time to acknowledge that. Mercury enters Capricorn on December 27^th this is a time to improve your competencies.

We have the benefit of hindsight, the ability to review how we got here and what we want to keep, what is not working, and how to revamp the in-between.  Mercury in Capricorn is not interested it what does not work and now is the time to try something new.
   

Saturn stations retrograde at 25° Leo December 5th giving us time to reflect and rethink the structures in our life. Saturn is about taking responsibility and meeting our life’s challenges. Saturn in Leo places an emphasis on creativity, joy and children. Are we using our creative power wisely, experiencing joy, are we concerned with the well being of our children? These are some of the issues that we need to rethink during this Saturn retrograde.
 

During this Moon the temptation is to move ahead of ourselves.  You must consider Saturn’s station and use care to review recent events as they hold the clues that will allow you to reach your goals with greater ease as long as they are considered in the proper perspective.  What are you learning?  How does this restructure your thinking?  This is a Gemini moon so move we take action.  The care and considerations we apply at this time will have as much effect as the actions we choose.  Balance carefully, consider need ahead of want.  Mars is leaving his Scorpio home to experience the adventure Sagittarius has to offer.  Mercury and Mars approaching a conjunction with Jupiter will enable you to enjoy this experience with little damage to your pocketbook if you are willing to work with the resources these energies bring.
 

New Moon December 20^th 8:01 am CST 28 degrees 33 minutes Sagittarius

Sun and Moon on the Sagittarius/Capricorn Cusp conjunct Pluto, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter all in Sagittarius with Saturn training this impressive stellium.  This much fire energy is a big red flag telling us to make haste slowly.  The parade of Sagittarius planets will add greatly to the holiday season worldwide.  Mars squares Uranus at this new moon may cause more erratic energy than usual so move with caution.  Drive carefully and watch out for the other guy in all that you do at this time.  The Sun has moved past this conjunction to Pluto so allow the change and feel the freedom.  Jupiter quintile Neptune is subtle and slow moving a week before.  After that, it is really triggered by this moon so choose words and actions with care.  They are more powerful for good or ill than you may think at this time.  The energies of this New Moon inspire us in areas pertaining to freedom, optimism, philosophy, religion, higher education, sports and spontaneity.  This New Moon is a real power day.  Half an hour before or after this New Moon offers an excellent time to begin a new endeavor.  Write your affirmations on today and keep it reasonable.  This moon is in Sagittarius, but shortly after the moon moves in to Capricorn and you will be called to act on this list.
