ABOUT Adora Winquist
Adora Winquist has been in
practice as an energy healer and aroma therapist since
1998. Her training includes Advanced levels of Usui and
Karuna Reiki, Magnified Healing and Shamballa
Multidimensional Healing Master/ Teacher. She is
also a graduate of the acclaimed Barbara Brennan
School of Healing, a four year accredited
college teaching
vibrational healing through the human energy field.
With a focus on awakening the
energies of the Divine Sacred Feminine, she also has
dedicated time and work with
Hospice and HIV patients
when residing in South Florida.
Adora’s aromatherapy includes
certifi- cation through the
Institute of
Dynamic Aromatherapy, and
International Advanced
Essential Oil Training (part 1 & 2), Rutgers University

is a Japanese healing practice
used for healing, stress reduction and relaxation. Energy flows through the practitioner. The energy
is typically referred to as "life force energy"
or ki. Ki is all around us and can be harnessed by the
mind.
When the life energy reserves
are low, it is believed that we are more vulnerable to
stress and illnesses. Reiki heals by breaking up negative
energy and replacing it with positive, healing energy,
which passes through the hands of the practitioner.
Healing can occur immediately,
the next day, in a few days or with several treatments.
Healing resides within the individual. As holistic healing
becomes increasingly popular, Reiki is being hailed as the
treatment for helping body, mind and spirit. This makes it
very different from traditional medicine, which typically
only addresses the disease itself. Healing Inspirations
uses Reiki as an adjunctive therapy to any medical
treatment.

| Intuitive
Healing

Explaining intuitive healing
is somewhat complicated as it is more abstract. In
healing, intuition is knowing something without
necessarily needing to know how you know it. Conscious
reasoning is not needed. In fact, intuitive information is not always logical or understood. Because it
is not tangible or measurable, it is a more difficult
modality of healing to accept.
Intention is one of the most
important aspects of intuitive healing. Intention is
required from both the practitioner and the one in need of
healing. Energy is manipulated by our intentions. In order
to be healed, one does not need to believe, they only need
to be open to the understanding that something is
happening.

My primary focus is to assist you in your own self-healing.
Although I am a
traditionally trained psychotherapist, I have found that all the
"talk therapy" in the world does not bring true
lasting healing. My goal has been use the best and quickest
methods to move you forward to Health, Wealth and Happiness.

You, as are all
of us, are stymied by belief systems acquired before the age of
five as well as further events anchored in those belief systems.
Belief systems act as a filter. You have millions of bytes of
information coming into your unconscious. Your belief systems
serve as a filter as to which of those bytes of information you
will actually notice. If you believe you are unlovable, you will
not notice when someone loves you. Your belief system filters
out all information about being lovable. The result is you find
people who reinforce your belief you are unlovable.
I have in my
"tool box" a number of modalities which will move you
forward to healing. Two of these modalities, once you learn
them, you can do on your own for the most part. Soul
Healing is a simple
5-Step Prayer you can use as events come to mind or in a
structured process called "Journey
to Healing."

Changing
Encodements can also be
learned and done as things occur or you can learn to use them in
a more structured process. A total exchange of encodements is
done in the process of "Reincarnating
in the Same Body."
I just finished
taking a group through this class. It will be available sometime
in 2006 to be taught by some of the participants of that class.
I call them powerful love incarnates. We are in the process of
getting all the materials ready. If you wish to learn these

I also have two
additional modalities that are helpful. As different as these
two modalities are, they both work on the other than conscious
level.
The BodyTalk
System (www.bodytalksystem.com)
is a powerful tool which taps into your innate wisdom. This
system is truly holistic in that it works on the mental,
emotional, spiritual and physical levels. Laying on the massage
table or sitting in a comfortable chair I ask the innate wisdom
of your body a series of "yes/no" questions. Your body
directs me as to what to do next.

I also can do
with you a modality known as Psych-K. This modality
works on belief systems. Belief systems reside on
such a deep level we are not able to easily change them. Psych-K
goes through your subconscious mind and releases energy of
beliefs that no longer serve as well as implanting new beliefs
that assist you in attaining your heart’s desire. Psych-K,
through muscle testing, will direct you to what beliefs you need
to implant within you to achieve health, abundance,
relationships and most anything else. I used Psych-K (www.Psych-K.com) to assist me in
having a good sense of direction and I am much better. Before it
was always an adventure to travel with me. We’d get there, but
you never knew when or how!

Dr. Cathy Chapman’s credentials
Cathy has a
doctorate in Mind/Body Psychology from the Union Institute and
University. In addition, she has a MA in Psychology from
Stephen F. State University, a MA in Theology from the
University of Notre Dame and a BS in Psychology from Lamar
University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
Certified Hypno-therapist (C.Ht.), and Certified BodyTalk
Practitioner (CBP).
Cathy’s
education has extended well beyond her formal degrees. She
has been on a life long spiritual journey. For 20 years she was
a Houston Dominican Sister. She has continued her
spiritual journey since she left the convent in 1996.
While Cathy was a
Dominican Sister she began to incorporate healing prayer in her
work. The results were astounding. People began to
heal of long standing emotional pain. In 1993 she
discovered energy work through the Healing Touch Program.
Her education in energy based healing has also extended to
Pranic Healing, Reiki (Master Level), the Melchizedek Method,
The BodyTalk System and Psych-K.
As Cathy learned
more about energy healing, she was gifted with information she
now teaches. Soul Healing is a powerful yet simple process. In
addition, Cathy channels Amma the Divine Mother of the divine
mothers. These channelings are published monthly in the Sedona
Journal of Emergence. Amma has brought through information
regarding encodements. Amma’s book, through Cathy, Change Your
Encodements, Your DNA, Your Life, is now available.

Frances Garza inherited a legacy of philanthropy from a family
of healers. Her paternal grandfather was from Spain where he
acted as the local healer, helping the sick and even delivering
babies. Her father Benito was also a self-taught healer.
Frances was raised around her maternal grandmother, a healer who
began teaching her herbal remedies, massage and hands-on methods
of healing at an early age. As an adult and mother, Frances
found herself unable to rely on medical doctors when her
7-year-old daughter Angela was diagnosed with Scleroderma, an
immune system disorder that has no cure.
The doctor gave Angela two years to live. Frances did not accept
this. She used her knowledge of healing to help her daughter.
Today, 30 years later, Angela is thriving. The doctors told
Angela that she would never have kids; however, Angela's miracle
baby - Frances' granddaughter - is now 15 years old!
God has constantly demonstrated to Frances that difficulties,
diseases and illnesses are simply ingredients in a recipe for a
miracle! Through her personal struggles she found her life's
work - in service of humanity.
Frances became a Reiki practitioner in 1981, earning her
mastership in 1988. She complemented her hands-on healing work
with studies in psychology and counseling. She also gained
certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist from St. John
University. She is a certified Spiritual Response Therapy
practitioner. In 1998 she became a Registered Massage Therapist,
also learning CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage
Massage techniques. She is ordained as a minister through the
Congregational Church of Practical Theology.
Frances teaches Reiki classes regularly in Spanish and English
and conducts counseling, healing and massage therapy sessions
for individuals. She is constantly studying and adding new
skills to her long list of healing modalities. She is dedicated
to assisting her clients and students toward the achievement of
mental, physical and emotional harmony and balance.
Many of her clients work with her to gain relief from stress,
high blood pressure, migraine headaches, sciatic nerve
discomfort, poor vision, gastritis, lower back pain and
emotional disorders among others.
